Armra, creator engine
Ten creators, one number to protect
A first roster for Armra: ten creators, seven videos each per week, $1 target per 1,000 views. Losers are killed early and winners go to paid.
- creators live by week six
- 10
- creator videos a month at the full roster
- 303
- weeks from the first creator to the full roster
- 5

Day one with the Unflavored Jar: dry-scoop, then a cold glass
Creator opens the jar, dry-scoops on camera, then stirs a scoop into a cool drink. Ends on the Welcome Kit and the WELCOME30 code. A made-up example to show the format.

Summary
| Roster | Ten creators, two added each week | Weeks 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10: the full roster is live in six weeks. |
|---|---|---|
| Who | Daily-ritual and fitness creators | People who would already mix a scoop into a drink or carry Travel Sticks. |
| Production | Seven videos per creator per week | At ten creators that is 303 creator videos a month. |
| Pay | Three bands, $600 to $1,500 caps | Starter $300 and $600 cap; Standard $500 and $1,000; Premium $800 and $1,500. |
| Bonus | $50 flat past 100,000 views | One bonus per creator per month, organic views only. |
| Compliance | Claims sheet before every post | Creators quote brand lines only. Drafts that break the sheet go back. |
| Category rule | No health outcomes, brand wording only | Supplement rules: no cures, no comparisons, no hot-drink demos. |
| Goal | $1 per 1,000 views | The simulator starts at $5.74, so the plan is to close that gap. |
| Report | Every Monday, one page | Views, cost per 1,000 views, winners, losers killed, next tests. |
| Decision | Month three: scale, hold or stop | Judged on cost per 1,000 views against $1, inside a $15,000 monthly ceiling. |

Track record
Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.
At Tabs I ran creators and paid ads as one engine: many cheap tests, losers killed early, winners scaled. Supplements are a different category and I have not run one. The playbook carries over; the category rules on this page are where I will lean on your team.

Why Armra now
15936
Reviews on the Unflavored Jar
The Unflavored Jar shows 15936 reviews at a 4.7 rating. A creator showing it on camera has a shelf-proof frame, not just a claim.
Published69
Reviews on each Soda 12-Pack
Each Colostrum Soda 12-Pack shows 69 reviews at 4.2. The Soda is new, so it is the thinnest social proof and the best place for creators to add some.
Published20,000+
Five-star reviews, said on the home page
The brand already says 20,000+ five-star reviews. Creators repeat that line as written and do not add numbers of their own.

Operating principles
One number to protect
Cost per 1,000 views against a $1 target. At ten creators the simulator says $5.74, so every test is judged against that gap, not against likes.
Ramp, do not launch
Two creators a week over six weeks: 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10. Each cohort gets feedback before the next arrives, so mistakes stay small.
One variable per test
Change the hook or the product, never both. Seven videos per creator per week gives enough reads to kill losers early and keep what works.
Claims sheet first
Creators say only what the brand says. A draft that goes past the sheet goes back before posting, and it earns no bonus.

#briefs
Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers
MayaMon 8:30 AM
This week's brief: the dry-scoop morning with the Unflavored Jar. Seven videos. Hook in the first two seconds. One variable per video: change the hook or the drink, not both.
TheoMon 11:10 AM
Can I say the soda helps with bloating? A follower asked about it in my comments.
Not in your own words. Use only the lines on the claims sheet, and mark where they are marked. If it is not on the sheet, we leave it out.
Weekly botAppMon 8:00 AM
Weekly report ready: seven videos per creator, cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target, three losers killed, two hooks moving to the hook library.
MayaWed 2:15 PM
Sending this draft back. The hot-drink shot has to go: the site says to mix into a cool beverage. Reshoot that scene and resubmit today.
Weekly botAppThu 4:40 PM
Priya's Travel Sticks video passed 100,000 views, organic only. $50 flat bonus logged, one per creator per month. Flagged for the paid test list.
MayaFri 9:00 AM
Check before the weekend: every live video has the code WELCOME30 in the caption, and none points the Soda at the first-order offer. Reply done.
PriyaFri 9:20 AM
Done. Fixed two captions. Next week I want to test the Welcome Kit unboxing against the scoop-and-stir cut.
The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Formats

Brief 01
Dry-scoop morning
“Clean, malty, smooth: my dry-scoop morning.”
Kitchen counter, one take. Open the Unflavored Jar, scoop, then stir a scoop into a cool drink. Show the jar label.

Brief 02
Travel Sticks pour
“Take it. Pour it. Keep moving.”
Handheld in a bag, car or gym. Tear one stick, pour it into water, shake, drink. No cuts, under fifteen seconds.

Brief 03
Post-workout scoop
“The 23 hours after the gym, with the Performance Revival Jar.”
Gym bag shot, then a scoop of the Performance Revival Jar in a cool drink. No outcome claims, only the routine.

Brief 04
Welcome Kit unboxing
“What actually comes in the Welcome Kit.”
Overhead on a table. Unbox, hold each item up, say the code WELCOME30 on the first subscription order.

Brief 05
Scoop Arsenal desk setup
“Three scoops, one magnetic stack: my daily ritual setup.”
Close-up on the Scoop Arsenal nesting together, then used on a jar. Quick tidy-up shot, ends on the price.
Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Our best-selling ARMRA Colostrum ™ flavor: clean, malty, and smooth, designed to dry-scoop or add to any cool beverage or food.”, “Over 20,000 5-star reviews for results seen and felt.”, “Cold, fizzy, and already ready.”. Product names are said as printed.
Part 6 of 15
Recruiting
Four sources in
Existing Armra customers
People already posting Jars or Travel Sticks. They know the product, so briefs start from a real routine.
Wellness and fitness creators
Creators who post morning routines, gym bags and recovery days. The Performance Revival Jar fits their feed.
Lifestyle and recipe creators
Cooks and drink-makers who can show the Unflavored Jar stirred into food or the Soda over ice.
Affiliate or ambassador page
I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on the site. This channel starts from zero, so recruiting is direct outreach.
Five filters, fewer each step
1Takes feedback
Reshoots a rejected draft the same day without arguing.
2Posts weekly already
Shows a steady posting pattern before we ask for seven a week.
3Stays inside the sheet
Past posts show no health promises or before-and-after claims.
4Natural fit
Would plausibly use a daily scoop, a stick or a soda.
5Real audience
Comments show people who answer back, not just a big number.

Never said
Each one with the reason it stays out.
It fixes bloating
A health outcome in a creator's own words. Only the brand's literal survey wording, with its disclosure, may be used.
It boosts your immune system
Not a brand line and not on the claims sheet.
Better than any other supplement
Comparisons with other brands are never allowed.
Stir it into hot coffee
The brand says to avoid hot liquids, so the video must not show them.
The Soda qualifies for the first-order discount
The site's terms exclude Colostrum Soda from the code.
Guaranteed results in a week
The brand points to consistency over a longer period, never a guarantee.
To confirm with the brand
Held until someone on the brand side signs off.
86% Experienced less bloating†
A survey result with a dagger. Confirm with the brand which wording and disclosure creators must show before it goes on the sheet.
1.6+ million customers transformed.
The site also says 1.5+ million customers elsewhere. Confirm the current figure before creators repeat it.

Pay
Starter
$300–600
a month, by band
Starter: for new creators whose first videos are still proving the hook.
Bonus at the cap: $300
Standard
$500–1,000
a month, by band
Standard: for steady posters who hit seven videos a week and follow the sheet.
Bonus at the cap: $500
Premium
$800–1,500
a month, by band
Premium: for the few whose videos keep reaching past the average and go to paid.
Bonus at the cap: $700
Under 100,000 views
$0
The base pay covers the work.
+$50 flat
Whatever the band.
Top-up to your cap
Bonus = band cap − base pay.
- One bonus per creator per month, no stacking.
- The $50 bonus is paid per video that passes 100,000 views.
- Organic views only: paid or boosted views never count.
- No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule.
Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.
The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.
Part 11 of 15
Simulator
At ten creators the program makes 303 videos and about 1.8M views for $10,050, or $5.74 per 1,000 views against the $1.00 target. It needs 4.2% viral videos or a median of 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.
To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.
Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.
Part 11 of 15, continued
What moves the result
| If the median is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 750 | 1.4M | $10,050 | $6.96 | No |
| 1,500 | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 3,000 | 2.4M | $10,050 | $4.24 | No |
| If the viral share is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.3% | 1.2M | $10,000 | $8.44 | No |
| 0.5% | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 1% | 2.9M | $10,150 | $3.52 | No |
The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.
Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Week 0
Warm-up
Claims sheet signed off, brief and hook library ready, first two creators briefed. No video goes live before the sheet is approved.
Month 1
Ramp to ten
Two creators a week: 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10. Each cohort posts seven videos a week; losers are killed early and the first winners are flagged.
Month 2
Cut and double down
Full roster live. Drop the weakest formats, keep what lifts views, and test one variable per video: hook or product, never both.
Month 3
Read the cost
303 videos and 1.8M views for $10,050 gives $5.74 per 1,000 views, so the question is how close we get to the $1 target.
Day 90
Decision
Scale, hold or stop. If cost per 1,000 views is still far above $1, we narrow the roster and send winners to paid.
Monthly ceiling
Cap on spend
All ten creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded, comes to $15,000. That is the most this proposal can cost in a month.
$15,000 Monthly ceiling, all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded Proposed
The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.

Part 14 of 15
Organic to paid
From organic to paid
Organic read
Every video is posted organically first. A video that passes 100,000 views is flagged as a winner.
Rights check
Before any boost the creator agrees in writing that the video can run as an ad, and the claims sheet is checked again.
Paid test
The winner runs as a small paid test with one variable changed, against the organic result.
Scale or kill
If it holds the target cost it scales; if it does not it stops and the hook goes back to the library.
From the video to the checkout
- Welcome Kit video: link to the Welcome Kit at $109.99 and say the WELCOME30 code.
- Sample test: send newcomers to the Classic Sample Pack at $14.99.
- Jar videos: link to the Unflavored Jar at $119.99, with the subscription saving shown.
- Soda videos: link to the 12-Pack at $49.99, never to the first-order code, since the terms exclude it.
- Subscription explainers: say free shipping on all subscriptions, as the site states.
Part 15 of 15
Supplement rules
Supplement rules for creators
Colostrum is a supplement, so the sheet is tight. Six rules apply to every creator, every video, every caption.
Brand lines only
If it is not on the claims sheet, it is not said. Creators describe a routine and the product, never what it does to the body.
No health outcomes
No cures, no treatment, no prevention, no immunity boosts. Survey stats appear only with the brand's wording and its dagger note.
Cool drinks only
The brand says to avoid hot liquids, so no video shows a scoop going into hot coffee or tea.
No comparisons
Never name or rank another brand or product. Armra is shown on its own.
Disclose the partnership
Every post is marked as paid or gifted in the first line of the caption. No disclosure, no pay and no bonus.
Code rules
WELCOME30 applies to a first subscription order and not to the Soda. Creators say it exactly as the site does.
The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
